Pricing, Shipping, and International Orders for ZED Camera Products

This article covers how to get an official quote, understand shipping terms, and find information about volume discounts and lead times for ZED camera products and accessories.

How to Get an Official Quote

To receive an official quote that includes product pricing and shipping costs, follow these steps:

1. Add the desired items and quantities to your cart on the Stereolabs online store.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. If you need your VAT number to appear on the quote, enter it at the end of your address during the checkout process.

4. Select Bank Transfer as the payment method and complete the order.

You will automatically receive an official quote with shipping costs and bank details for wire payment. Placing an order this way carries no obligation — the order can be canceled if you decide not to proceed. Quotes are valid for 20 days; if payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Pricing and Discounts

Stereolabs is a US-based company. All online prices and invoices are VAT excluded.

Volume discounts are automatically applied at checkout and are calculated per single order, not cumulatively across separate orders. Any applicable volume discount will be reflected in the quote generated through the Bank Transfer checkout process.

Stereolabs does not offer special pricing for resellers, educational institutions, distributors, or R&D and testing purposes, as pricing has already been optimized to be as competitive as possible. However, for larger project volumes and repeatable installations, you may contact the Stereolabs sales team for evaluation of project-specific pricing beyond the standard volume discounts.

International Orders and Customs Fees

Stereolabs ships internationally; however, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the online price or in any quote. These charges are outside of Stereolabs' control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.

Shipping and Lead Times

All orders are fulfilled through the Stereolabs Store and shipped directly from Stereolabs' warehouse in France under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Local pickup is not available. Products are also available through Mouser, a US-based online distributor. Stereolabs does not operate physical retail stores.

Updated lead times vary by product and are reported in each product store page.

When ordering multiple products in the same order, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available. Delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 3 days after shipment.
