What type of GMSL2 cable should I use with my ZED X camera?

All Stereolabs GMSL2 cameras, the ZED X range, have a Male Fakra connector on the back of the camera.

This requires a specific coaxial cable with at least one side being a Female Fakra connection.

The connector type on the other side of the coaxial cable depends on the configuration you plan to use:

• A direct connection to a ZED Link Mono card, a ZED Box Orin NX 8GB (old version with single connector), or a ZED Box Mini device:

• A direct connection to a ZED Link Duo or Quad card or a ZED Box device:
  
  4-wire Male to 4-Female adapter
  
  
  
• Adding an extension GMSL2 cable to another GMSL2 cable:
  
  Male-to-Female Extension cable
  
  
  

Please note that the maximum length for the GMSL2 cable is 15 meters to avoid disconnection issues.

Additionally, each cable-to-cable coupling can introduce noise, potentially reducing the maximum total length. To minimize the number of couplings, use longer cable extenders.
