What is Stereolabs' warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year warranty from the date that your order is delivered to you. Please see our Terms of Sales for more details.

If the troubleshooting tips don’t resolve your problem, then email support@stereolabs.com with your order number and description of the issue to initiate a warranty claim.

In the event that a device is approved for return, whether due to unmet requirements or under a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the product must be shipped exclusively to the Company’s designated warehouse in Europe. All costs associated with shipping, handling, insurance, customs duties, and clearance shall be borne solely by the customer. The Company shall not be held liable for any charges, losses, damages, or delays arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these conditions.
