What is Stereolabs' return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your newly purchased Stereolabs device, you may return it for a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable duties, which are non-refundable. 

Eligibility for a refund is strictly conditioned upon the returned product being free from damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or disassembly. Devices that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.

Prior to initiating a return, customers are required to review the available resources in our Help Center to determine whether their issue may be resolved without a return. 

If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer must contact Stereolabs Support, providing their order number and a detailed description of the issue, to request return authorization.

In the event that a device is approved for return, whether due to unmet requirements or under a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the product must be shipped exclusively to the Company’s designated warehouse in Europe. All costs associated with shipping, handling, insurance, customs duties, and clearance shall be borne solely by the customer. The Company shall not be held liable for any charges, losses, damages, or delays arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these conditions.
