Return policy

If you are unhappy with your ZED camera, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs and taxes).  In order to be eligible for a refund, returned products must not be damaged by misuse, abuse, or disassembly.

If the troubleshooting tips don’t resolve your problem, then email support@stereolabs.com with your order number and description of the issue to initiate a return request.
