Customs, duties and taxes vary from country to country and are out of our control. Import taxes are not included in the cost of shipping or handling your order.
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, brokerage/customs/duties/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
For shipments in Europe, we do not charge VAT at the time of your order. If you are charged VAT by your country and you are a business, you can recover the amount incurred.
